Family Bank Collaborates with HELB
Family Bank has entered into a collaboration with Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) to receive completed HELB loan forms on behalf of the Board.
Students who have completed their application forms can submit them in any Family Bank branch countrywide. The procedure for submitting the HELB loan application forms shall be as follows:
- Complete your HELB loan application form and make a copy
- Attach copies of the relevant documents as advised in the application form.
- Submit the application form to the enquiries or customer service desk in any Family Bank branch countrywide.
- Family Bank staff shall acknowledge receipt of your loan application form and open a free Scholar Account through which you will receive your loan once approved by HELB.
- Family Bank shall forward the complete application forms to HELB.
