Pesa Pap! is a product that allows Family Bank customers to make banking transactions from the comfort of their mobile phones through Safaricom USSD platform from balance inquiry to Salary Advances.

How to Register

To start using Pesa pap, please register at the nearest Family Bank or open The Mwananchi Account with no ledger fees, or any other account.

Once registered you will receive a PIN which will enable you to access Pesa Pap! Through dialing *325# and press call button to reveal the menu of services.

How to access and Use Pesa Pap!

To register for this service one should have an active account at Family Bank and then register for Pesa Pap! (Mobile banking service) by filling a form at the nearest Family Bank branch.

Once registered, the customer’s mobile phone will be activated. The bank will then send a PIN via sms that will enable the customer to access the various Pesa Pap! Services
