1. FEATURES OF SALARY BASED LOANS
Institutions with check-off loans arrangement.
• Loan 10 times the net salary.
• Max amount Kshs. 200,000/=
• Repayment period of 24 months maximum.

Employees of other institutions without Check off system with Family Bank
• Loan amount 4 times the net salary.
• Maximum amount Kshs. 100,000/=
• 1/3 gross salary take home to be observed.
• Repayment period 12 months.
